These Terms govern your use of Auto Loan Calculator (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

The App

The App provides educational vehicle-financing and ownership calculation tools, including payment, cost, tax, fee, trade-in, payoff, lease-comparison, refinance-comparison, and equity estimates. It is not a lender, broker, dealer, insurer, tax adviser, financial adviser, legal adviser, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and does not provide professional advice or guarantee a result. You must review disclaimers and verify material figures before any transaction.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for entering accurate and lawful information, independently reviewing calculations and exports, protecting data on or exported from your device, and complying with applicable law and third-party terms.

You may not misuse the App; interfere with its operation, advertising, purchase, or security systems; gain or attempt unauthorized access; introduce harmful code; infringe rights; or copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except as permitted by law or with our written permission. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including lawful reverse engineering where mandatory law permits it.

Ads and the one-time purchase

The free version may display third-party advertisements. The App may offer a one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads in-app purchase that removes ads and unlocks the premium limits described in the App. It is not a subscription and has no recurring billing. Price, currency, taxes, availability, and features are shown before purchase and can vary by storefront.

Digital functionality purchased in the App is processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Purchase, restoration, billing, cancellation, and refund requests are governed by Apple's terms and policies. Eligible purchases may be restored using the App's restore option. We may change or discontinue future features or offerings where permitted by law, but will not remove rights that must be honored under applicable law or App Store rules.

Apple terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable Apple media-services terms. Where the App Store's Standard EULA applies, it governs the licensed application relationship between you and the App provider to the extent it is required or controls. Apple is not responsible for the App's content, support, maintenance, or claims except as required under applicable terms or law.

Feedback and third-party services

If you voluntarily submit feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, and incorporate it to operate and improve the App, without obligation to you, subject to the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information.

The App uses third-party services including Apple, Google Mobile Ads, and Firebase. Third-party advertisements, links, content, services, availability, and practices are governed by the relevant third party; we do not control or endorse them.

Ownership

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, calculations, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for its intended purpose on devices you own or control.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, its features, calculation methods, presets, advertising, or offerings when reasonably necessary and permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, secure, current, or compatible with every device, country, lender, vehicle, or transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without express, implied, or statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or financial losses arising from the App. Our total liability for all claims related to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $10. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Termination, law, and changes

These Terms apply while you use the App. You may stop using it at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, third parties, or legal compliance. Provisions that should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.

The laws of the jurisdiction where the App provider is established govern these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law where you live requires otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction there may hear disputes, subject to mandatory consumer rights and forums. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If law requires notice or consent for a change, we will provide it. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
